Booking Confirmation:

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• 50% of the total package cost must be paid at the time of booking.

• Remaining balance to be cleared at least 10 days prior to departure.

• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation charge

• 15–29 days before departure: 25% cancellation charge

• 7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge

• Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation charge (no refund)

Flight & Hotel Changes:

• Airfare and hotel availability may vary at the time of booking.

• Final package price is subject to change based on dynamic flight/hotel rates.

Travel Documents:

• Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

• Visa processing (if included) requires a valid passport copy, passport-size photo, and a completed travel form.

Package Inclusions/Exclusions:

• Kindly refer to the detailed itinerary and inclusion/exclusion list.

• Any additional expenses incurred during the trip are to be borne by the traveler.

Peak Season Surcharge:

• Supplementary charges may apply during festivals, public holidays, or major local events.

Responsibility Clause:

• We act solely as intermediaries for hotels, airlines, and other service providers.

• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by third parties.

Travel Insurance:

• Highly recommended for all travelers.

• Not included in the package unless explicitly mentioned.

Itinerary Changes:

• The itinerary may be modified based on weather, traffic, or local conditions.

• Substitutions of similar value may be made in case of unavailability.
