Booking Confirmation:

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.

Payment Policy:

• 50% payment at the time of booking

• Balance to be cleared 10 days prior to departure

• Payments accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or credit/debit card

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation charge

• 15–29 days before departure: 25% cancellation charge

• 7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge

• Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation charge (no refund)

Flight and Hotel Changes:

• Airfare and hotel availability may vary at the time of booking. Prices may be adjusted accordingly.

Travel Documents:

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date

• Visa processing included; documents required: passport copy, photo, travel form

Package Inclusions/Exclusions:

• Please review the package carefully. Any additional expenses during travel are to be borne by the traveler.

Peak Season Surcharge:

• Surcharge may apply during festivals, public holidays, or major events.

Responsibility Clause:

• We act as agents for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for third-party failures.

Travel Insurance:

• Recommended but not included unless explicitly mentioned.
