Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability. A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.

Payment Policy:

• 50% payment at the time of booking

• Balance to be cleared 10 days prior to departure

• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation charge

• 15–29 days before departure: 25% cancellation charge

• 7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge

• Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation charge (no refund)

Flight and Hotel Changes:
Airfare and hotel availability may vary at the time of booking. Prices may be adjusted accordingly.

Travel Documents:
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. The traveler is responsible for visa procurement, unless included in the package.

Package Inclusions/Exclusions:
Please carefully check what’s included and excluded in the package. Any additional expenses incurred during travel are to be borne by the traveler.

Peak Season Surcharge:
A surcharge may apply during festivals, holidays, or peak tourist seasons.

Responsibility Clause:
We act as agents for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or delay due to third-party service failures.

Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is recommended but not included unless explicitly mentioned.

Itinerary Changes:
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, local conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
